Band Program Marshall 's Band program is open to all students beginning in 5th grade. Students meet twice a week to learn the fundamentals of music by playing brass, woodwind, or percussion instruments. The students must provide the instruments and method books, which can be rented through the school or the local music stores. Several performances are given throughout the year so family and friends can see the outstanding progress. Kids who are involved in music often do very well in other subjects. It is also a really fun way to make new friends! |
